Seller

Products

New official sealed TCG products (Pokémon, One Piece Card Game, Disney Lorcana) and accessories. Independent reseller — Angel Group Sàrl is not the licence holder.

Prices and stock

Prices in CHF, Swiss VAT included. An EUR equivalent is indicative and is not the sale price. Displayed stock is real stock. Out of stock is stated clearly; we do not commit to ship a zero-stock SKU.

Contract formation

The contract is formed when payment is confirmed: (i) Twint: instant PSP confirmation; (ii) card: successful 3-D Secure; (iii) Bitcoin Lightning: settlement; (iv) Bitcoin on-chain: 1 network confirmation. Until then a Bitcoin order stays “pending”. The invoice is always issued in CHF.

Payment methods

Twint and cards (Visa, Mastercard, Apple Pay, Google Pay) via a single Swiss PSP (Payrexx or Wallee — technical placeholder). Card data is tokenised; Poke Angel does not store the PAN. 3-D Secure is required.

Bitcoin: on-chain and Lightning (self-hosted BTCPay Server, or OpenNode / Strike). The CHF/BTC rate is fixed when payment is validated. An underpayment does not form a contract. Poke Angel does not accept other crypto-assets.

Bitcoin payments accepted. The rate is fixed when payment is validated. FX risk: the rate may move between display and validation; only the rate retained at validation applies. Poke Angel does not promise anonymity.

Refund of a Bitcoin payment: in CHF by default, or in BTC at the merchant’s choice; never automatic. Payment is irreversible once broadcast.

Passing of risk

For consumers, risk passes on receipt of the parcel. For business customers, risk passes when the parcel is handed to the carrier.

Returns — distance sales

Swiss law does not generally grant a 14-day withdrawal right comparable to EU consumer law. Angel Group Sàrl contractually allows 14 days’ return on distance sales only if the TCG product remains factory-sealed, original wrap intact, not unsealed and not opened.

Opened product, broken seal, or a single card out of original packaging: no return, except for a defect. See also Shipping & returns.

Export outside Switzerland

Switzerland first. EU or other shipping on request, never presented as an official EU shop. The customer is the importer: customs, foreign VAT and clearance are theirs. Angel Group Sàrl does not advance them. No free export shipping. No customs-timing promise.

Authenticity

Goods from professional distribution channels. No mystery packs sold as “guaranteed hits”. No misleading claims about stock or the shop being “official”.

Limitation — licences

Poke Angel is not the holder of the Pokémon, One Piece Card Game or Disney Lorcana licences. Angel Group Sàrl is an independent reseller of official sealed products.
