Shipped as PostPac, tracked. Usual timing: 1–3 working days after payment confirmation. Free shipping from CHF 99. Below that: CHF 7.90.

Twint and card orders ship on confirmation. Bitcoin orders ship after 1 on-chain confirmation or Lightning settlement.

EU & international

EU shipping on request — not an official EU shop. EU postage: CHF 24.90 (no free threshold). Other countries: CHF 29.90. Destination customs and VAT are the recipient-importer’s. No customs-timing promise.

Returns — 14 days

14-day withdrawal on unopened goods with original wrap intact. Return shipping is yours, unless we shipped the wrong item or it arrived damaged (photos within 48 hours).

An opened booster, ETB or display is not taken back: sealed product is no longer resaleable as such. Opened accessories (sleeves out of the pack) neither.

Refunds: always in CHF, on the original method when possible. For Bitcoin, the refund is in CHF or BTC, at the merchant’s choice — never automatic, never “anonymous”.
