Why sealed product matters in Switzerland

The Pokémon market attracts dodgy reprints, re-sealed packs and “guaranteed hits”. Adult collectors and parents buying a gift need the same thing: official product, original wrap, a clear language. Poke Angel only resells licensed sealed goods. We are not a Pokémon Center and not a distributor for The Pokémon Company. We are a Swiss shop that ships from Switzerland.

Exact wording: “official sealed products”. Never “official Pokémon Center”.

Five checks before you buy

• Tight factory wrap, factory folds, no office tape.
• Readable barcode and SKU matching the stated language (FR, EN, DE, IT, JP).
• Display carton: factory seams, no re-glued flap. A rebuilt box is not a display.
• Card language is printed, not guessed. A FR ETB is not an EN ETB.
• Price: a suspiciously cheap ETB with no invoice is a risk, not a deal.

Every carton is checked before it goes live. Damaged wrap is not sold as new sealed. The stock number is stock on the shelf, not a waitlist.

Common mistakes

Mixing up a collector tin and an ETB. Treating a legitimate single pulled from a shop-opened display as a re-sealed pack. Buying a “30 years of Pokémon” mystery lot with no SKU.

We do not sell mystery packs, guaranteed hits on sealed product, or singles ripped from boosters. Sealed stays random. That is the contract.

Buying in Switzerland rather than abroad

A display ordered from outside the EU can arrive taxed, wrap tired, with no simple recourse. From pokeangel.ch the parcel leaves Switzerland, the invoice is in CHF with Swiss VAT, and support answers in FR, DE, IT and EN. For the EU, possible customs charges stay with the recipient — written before payment.
